Welcome to Rochester Art Fair
Rochester Art Fair is a new and exciting event providing art lovers, art collectors and the local community based in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, London and the surrounding areas, with the opportunity to browse and buy beautiful, original artwork and interact directly with artists from across the UK and Europe.
Set against the lavish backdrop of the 18th Century Rochester Corn Exchange in the historic town of Rochester, Kent. The Fair showcases a wide variety of visual art including 2D and 3D works, created by both established and emerging artists.
Easy to access by car, rail and foot, Rochester Art Fair is located in the centre of the historic and culturally significant town of Rochester, packed with quaint, independent shops, restaurants and a vibrant cafe culture.

First ever Rochester Art Fair, our spectacular debut in the sunshine
We were thrilled to share an incredible weekend of artistic celebration at our first ever Rochester Art Fair, held at the iconic Rochester Corn Exchange over the weekend 6-8 October 2023. With over 60 incredibly talented artists our debut event was a resounding success and we couldn't be happier.
Over the course of the weekend, we welcomed over 1000 art enthusiasts through the doors. Even the sun made an appearance creating the the perfect ambiance for our visitors. Tens of thousands of pounds' worth of art found new homes, highlighting the value of art in our lives and communities. We can't wait to continue this exciting journey and bring even more artistic brilliance to Rochester in the future. Thank you for being a part of this extraordinary weekend!

Applications for our 4-6 October 2024 Fair are now open
Whether you are an established or newly emerging artist looking to reach art buyers and collectors, in and around Kent, Sussex and London, find out more about applying.
Once you have applied online we will get back to successful applicants with more detailed information including terms & conditions of exhibiting, stand sizes and prices and a plan of the stand layout.
The deadline for artist applications for our May Fair has now passed but October Fair applications are now open.
How to visit us
Centrally located in the centre of historic Rochester, the fair is located in the lavish Rochester Corn Exchange on the pretty high street, surrounded by quaint, cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and a vibrant cafe culture.

Are you a UK creative aged 18-25? Don't miss out on a fabulous opportunity to showcase your artwork in a beautiful venue, with FREE entry into our Art Fair 2024.
You may enter up to 3 original artworks at £10 per entry. Entries can be of any medium but need to be 2-Dimensional artwork suitable for hanging on a wall.
